Welcome to SKMP Project Management (Arduino UNO). By accessing or using our project services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Project Scope

All Arduino UNO based projects will be developed as per the agreed requirements shared by the client. Any additional features or modifications requested after project approval may require extra charges.

2. Payment Terms

Clients must pay the agreed project amount in advance or as per the discussed payment structure. Project delivery will only be completed after full payment is received.

3. Project Delivery

The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated before project initiation. Delays caused by incomplete requirements or late responses from the client are not the responsibility of SKMP PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

4. Intellectual Property

After full payment, the final project files and documentation will be provided to the client. However,SKMP PROJECT MANAGEMENT reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Technical Support

Basic support and guidance will be provided after project delivery for a limited period. Extended support or modifications may require additional charges.

6. Hardware Responsibility

SKMP PROJECT MANAGEMENT is not responsible for any physical damage to Arduino UNO boards, sensors, or components after delivery.

7. Academic Use

Projects developed are intended for learning and academic purposes only. Clients are responsible for understanding and presenting the project on their own.

8. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the advance payment will not be refunded.

9. Changes to Terms

SKMP PROJECT MANAGEMENT reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
